垂直攪拌系統(tǒng)主要由五部分組成，即垂直攪拌器部分，冷卻循環(huán)部分，吊車(chē)行走機(jī)構(gòu)部分，水包支架和升降系統(tǒng)部分，爬梯操作平臺(tái)部分。整套系統(tǒng)裝在熔窯的卡脖位置，當(dāng)攪拌器工作時(shí)，下部的攪拌葉片把玻璃液攪動(dòng)成一個(gè)個(gè)渦流，這些渦流相互干涉、碰撞，進(jìn)入成型區(qū)的玻璃液都經(jīng)過(guò)垂直攪拌器的攪拌，從而使玻璃液的物理均勻性和化學(xué)均勻性都大大得到改善。起吊行走機(jī)構(gòu)用于對(duì)垂直攪拌器安裝、維修和保養(yǎng)。
The vertical glass mixer is mainly composed of five parts which of them is “Vertical mixer units”,“Cold down cycle system”,“traveling units”,“support frame”,“l(fā)ifting units”and“Operate platform”.The machine is Installed in the neck position of the furnace,when it works, the mixing blade will stir the glass liquid into many vortex, the vortex interaction, collision, and let the glass liquid flow through the vertical glass mixer,so that the physical and chemical uniformity of the glass liquid are greatly improved. The lifting and traveling units is used for installation, repair and maintenance of the vertical glass mixer.
